Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Upload and update articles in the Zendesk Help Center according to the guidelines provided.
Perform basic formatting using HTML to ensure articles are neat and consistent in appearance.
Help ensure that the structure and navigation of the knowledge base are easy for users to understand.
Check content to ensure spelling, style, and links are correct before publication.
Coordinate with the Customer Support and Quality Assurance teams to obtain the latest content updates or revisions.
Assist in grouping and tagging articles so that they are easy to find by customers and internal teams.
Document each article updates and reports progress to supervisors on a regular basis.
Maintain content quality standards in accordance with the company's tone of voice and policies.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Education:
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communication, English, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
Internship, campus project, or organizational experience related to content management, documentation, or customer support is a plus.
Additional Knowledge:
Basic understanding of content writing and editing (grammar, spelling, clarity)
Basic knowledge of HTML formatting (e.g., headings, lists, links, bold/italic text)
Familiarity with knowledge base or CMS tools (e.g., Zendesk, Notion, Confluence) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow content guidelines
Good organizational skills for documenting updates and managing article versions
Ability to coordinate and communicate clearly with Customer Support and QA teams
Comfortable working with structured processes and content standards
