Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Utilize financial market expertise to support the Product Team
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive product roadmap
Continuously analyze the performance of the entire trading tools portfolio, assess adoption, recency and frequency of clients that use this portfolio in their trading process
Understand client’s behavior through data
Understand technical and business feasibility in new ideas or enhancements.
Communicate requirements, A/B test and run POC’s with technical and business team to assess potential impact.
Develop designs and go-to-market strategies for all projects
Keep up to date with competitor offerings to capture ongoing trends in the forex industry
Monitor market movements and news events in real-time
When needed, creating and updating training materials to ensure that all stakeholders of the company have a better understanding of the forex market and our offerings
When needed, accountable to respond to customer support inquiries related to market movement/development.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Economics, Finance, Statistics or any other related field.
Experience:
Min. 3 years of solid experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in the digital industry
Preferably 1 year of experience in managing a small team (1-3 team members) or leading a project.
Understanding of KPI’s, OKRs, and key metrics in measuring product success.
Excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and analytical skills, to yield innovative breakthroughs that bring advantage for customers and align with the business objectives.
Preferably accustomed to a multi-cultural collaboration.
Additional Knowledge:
Understanding of the global economy and its correlation with the FX market is an advantage.
Knowledge of technical analysis (intermediate level).
