Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders into clear and structured specifications.
Evaluate project requirements to ensure alignment with company objectives, business goals, and system capabilities.
Conduct data analysis to support decision making, validation, and recommendation processes.
Identify system gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimization.
Collaborate with IT teams during development and deployment to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate project and system documentation.
Support the development of change management plans related to system or process implementation.
Identify potential risks, issues, or constraints in system design or implementation and propose mitigation actions.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree / Postgraduate Degree in Business, Business Administration, Communication, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience managing software-based projects or working in roles such as Product Owner, Project Management, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Technical Writer.
Experience in the Forex and Commodity industry is an advantage.
Additional Knowledge:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative.
Basic mathematics competency to support analytical and logical reasoning.
Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
Knowledge of business requirement gathering and documentation practices.
Familiarity with Agile development practices, including the Scrum framework.
Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project execution within budget and resource constraints.
Technical Skills:
Basic technical knowledge of Git or similar version control systems.
Basic understanding of programming logic.
Basic understanding of database structures.
Proficiency in using project management tools.
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with product owners, IT teams, and stakeholders.
