Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role:
Achieve 1.2B IDR margin.
Deliver 1,000 settled lots.
Able to recruit at least 3 Sales Executives within the first 2 months.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major (D3/S1).
Preferably from Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields.
Strong understanding of futures trading, margin calculation, lot settlement, and basic risk management.
Proficient in using trading platforms (MT4/MT5 or equivalent).
Familiar with CRM systems, lead management tools, and sales tracking dashboards.
Ability to analyze trading performance data, client activity, and sales metrics.
Skilled in building and managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and communication tools.
