Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role:
Achieve 1.2B IDR margin.
Deliver 1,000 settled lots.
Able to recruit at least 3 Sales Executives within the first 2 months.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the local futures brokerage industry.
Must have a sales team of at least 3 people.
Successfully managed business at the previous company with at least 50 active clients and a minimum margin of 1B IDR per month.
Possesses a strong network of traders and referral partners (IB), with at least 100 contacts.
Based in a major city such as Bali (highly preferred), Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, etc.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major (D3/S1).
