Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Optimize trading configurations and settings.
Analyze trading or tracing issues in real-time, giving applicable solutions to minimize disruptions.
Collaborate with liquidity providers (LPs) to manage pricing and connection settings.
Understand and apply knowledge of financial swaps, particularly as they relate to dealing operations.
Map and enhance operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Deploy new solutions and technologies.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Trading Operations, Product Operations, Dealing, Settlement, Business Operations, or a related role.
Experience working with trading platforms, financial systems, or operational support functions.
Experience in reconciliation, reporting, and operational process improvement initiatives.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Technology, and Finance.
Experience in the Forex, Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Fintech industry is an advantage.
