Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Optimize trading configurations and settings across Surya Anugrah Mulya (SAM) and Valutrades (VT) platforms, including OneZero, MahiFX, MetaFX MAM, and Metatrader MT4 and MT5 Manager and Administrator.
Analyze trading or tracing issues in real-time, giving applicable solutions to minimize disruptions.
Map and enhance operational processes across Dealing SAM, AMB Funds, and VT to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Provide hands-on operational support to VT Operations, including troubleshooting system issues and conducting reconciliation checks.
Leverage financial knowledge to interpret and validate report content.
Regularly audit and maintain accuracy of operational and financial reports.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Trading Operations, Product Operations, Dealing, Settlement, Business Operations, or a related role.
Experience working with trading platforms, financial systems, or operational support functions.
Experience in reconciliation, reporting, and operational process improvement initiatives.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Technology, and Finance.
Experience in the Forex, Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Fintech industry is an advantage.
Possess professional working proficiency in English communication skills, oral and written.
