Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Lead the acquisition & expansion of high-value partners long term relationships of KOLs, community, institution, etc through digital channels (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, etc)
Drive partner acquisition through high-quality meetings, effectively communicating key partnership information to convert prospects into active referral partners
Maintain & deepen relationships with existing partners to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through partnership initiative & proactive engagement program
Resolve escalations professionally, transforming challenges into opportunities that strengthen trust and loyalty
Mentor associates (Junior RM) in growth initiative & high quality relationship-building
Build and manage end-to-end partnership funnel
Perform Cross-Functional Collaboration with HC, Legal, Product Marketing, Operation, Promotion Team to deliver seamless, client-centric solutions
Monitor individual and team performance, analyze KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to enhance client best delight service
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Min 5 years in Business Development/Sales (B2B/B2C)
Min 3 years experience in Partnerships/Affiliate Marketing/Partner Relations in Fintech/Startup/Banking
Min 1 year experience in leading team
Proven success in managing affiliate or referral programs, ideally in finance company
Passionate about the trading/forex industry
Graduate from reputable university
