Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Perform scanning, organizing, and uploading KYC-related documents into internal systems.
Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and meet compliance requirements.
Maintain proper filing (digital & physical) for KYC records.
Support Ops team in administrative tasks as needed.
Handle confidential documents with care and follow data-privacy guidelines.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Graduated from SMA/SMK, preferably majoring in Administration or related field.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Comfortable operating scanners, PDF tools, and basic administrative software.
Able to follow structured processes and work with repetitive tasks.
Responsible, fast learner, and able to maintain confidentiality.
