Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Daily LP cash exposure, trade, and position reconciliations
Creation of groups on the trading platforms in addition to configuring new settings for certain client and regulatory requirements
Completing all operational activities are executed in a timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven manner
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to operational activities
Reporting and updating of dividends, swap points, spread and other product information within the ERP
Keeping management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends
Liaising with technology vendors, liquidity providers, and prime brokers to accommodate the business
UAT testing on the client platform for technology upgrades
Collaborating with other business functions and departments to ensure that operational activities are aligned with the organization's overall objectives and priorities
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably graduated from Mathematics/ Statistics/ Finance/ Economy
Min. 1 year of working experience in Statistics/Finance/Data project, or strong involvement in numbers.
Solid understanding of data management.
Excellent statistical analysis skill.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Exemplary communication skills, ability to work with large cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical members
