Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Assist in identifying potential Brand Collaboration, Placements & Sponsorships that align with marketing guidelines, goals and target audience.
Support documentation, coordination & execution on Online & Offline Activities campaigns.
Assist in the preparation and execution of Online & Offline Activation campaigns.
Able to identify in exploring a wide variety of potential & relevant collaborations, placements & sponsorships.
Support Online & Offline Activations campaign which includes; Events, Placements (OOH, OTT etc), Webinars & Brand Collaboration.
Track & monitor campaign performances including insights, findings & learnings, to ensure it's aligned with our Target Metrics.
Assist in the preparation and execution of Online & Offline Activation campaigns.
Assist with meeting notes, follow-ups, also with internal & external coordination.
Compile campaign performance & target data (Impressions, Reach & other relevant metrics) for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business, or related fields.
No formal work experience required; organizational, campus, or internship experience is a plus.
Have basic knowledge of the financial market
Interest in marketing in general, activations, placement, building brand relations & collaboration.
Basic understanding of social trends & events.
Willingness to learn basic forex concepts.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and organizational ability.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.
Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Willingness to explore ideas & presenting them well is a plus.
Basic understanding of marketing in general.
Familiarity with basic analytics and reporting marketing metrics (impressions, reach)
Ability to use productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
