Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice and support to internal departments.
Review and update internal policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Support regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance reviews.
Prepare and maintain corporate legal documents, licenses, and permits.
Support legal matters for the Company and affiliated entities.
Coordinate with regulators, including OJK, Bank Indonesia, and Bappebti.
Handle regulatory inquiries, submissions, inspections, and reporting requirements.
Perform other legal and compliance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Education:
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Law or related fields.
Experience:
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review and organize legal documents meticulously.
Good command of English, both verbal and written.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
