Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Assist in identifying potential influencers that align with brand guidelines and target audience.
Help with influencer onboarding documentation, and coordination.
Track influencer content submissions and ensure alignment with brand messaging and guidelines.
Compile influencer performance data (reach, engagement, leads, NC) for reporting purposes.
Assist in engaging with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and basic inquiries under guidance.
Help monitor conversations across social media and community platforms and flag potential issues or opportunities.
Support community activities including online discussions, offline events, exhibitions, or meetups.
Assist in the preparation and execution of influencer and community campaigns.
Support lead generation initiatives through offline activities such as events or community activations.
Maintain organized documentation for campaigns, influencers, and community initiatives.
Help manage databases of influencers, community members, and partners.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business, or related fields.
No formal work experience required; organizational, campus, or internship experience is a plus.
Have basic knowledge of the financial market
Interest in influencer marketing, community building, and digital campaigns.
Basic understanding of social media trends and online communities.
Willingness to learn basic forex concepts.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Positive attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and organizational ability.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.
Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats.
Familiarity with basic analytics and reporting (engagement, reach, impressions).
Ability to use productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
