Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and risks.
Lead cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, QA, 3rd party) to build/deliver solutions.
Track progress, risks, and quality using tools (e.g., Jira, Lark).
Communicate status to product owner and related teams; manage expectations.
Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues.
Assign tasks and manage team workload,
Ensure deliverables meet technical and business requirements.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager
Technical Acumen: Understands SDLC, basic codes, basic databases, etc.
Product Knowledge: Understand the basic concept of trading.
Methodology Knowledge: Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
Communication: Motivates teams and translates tech concepts for business stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Navigates technical roadblocks and scope changes.
Organizational Skills: Juggles timelines, priorities, and dependencies.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
Ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and professional work ethic
