Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Segmentation and Modeling:
Build customer segmentation using behavioral data to improve CRM retention initiatives, focusing on personalized engagement.
Implement segmentation strategies to support product adoption and promotional initiatives.
Leverage supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques, such as regression analysis, clustering algorithms, predictive modeling, etc., for segmentation and relevant modeling.
Analysis and Reporting:
Regularly analyze direct and influencing metrics to measure the contribution of CRM initiatives to overall business objectives.
Evaluate CRM performance by tracking key campaign metrics such as channel opt-ins, delivery rate, open rate, and click rate, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
Create and maintain data visualizations to communicate CRM metrics, insights, and trends effectively to stakeholders.
Data Management:
Oversee CRM data, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance with industry best practices (e.g., PII, GDPR, CCPA).
Optimize the usage of data points and channel (e.g., Email, WhatsApp) quotas to enhance the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and maximize the ROI of customer engagement strategies.
Leverage automation tools to streamline data workflows and drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Min. Bachelor's Degree from Engineering/Statistics/Economics or any other related majors.
Min. 2 years of experience in data, business, product, or marketing analysis for digital products.
Possess experience or at least a strong interest in the financial technology industry, preferably with investment digital products such as forex, stocks, mutual funds, etc.
Proficiency in data analysis languages such as SQL, Python, R.
Experience with machine learning models, including regression analysis, clustering algorithms, and predictive modeling, as well as their application in CRM context.
Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel or Tableau, and data warehouse technologies such as BigQuery or Redshift.
Preferably someone who is familiar with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, MoEngage, or CleverTap (as this role will heavily support our CRM team to analyze the effectiveness of our CRM communication channels & strategy).
Understanding of data management principles, including integration, quality assurance, and compliance.
Understanding of digital marketing or product management concepts. Previous experience in relevant educational courses or programs would be an advantage.
Good communication & interpersonal skills, attention to detail and critical thinking with proactive attitude & eagerness to learn.
