Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Responsible to ensure all transaction and cost are properly recorded and in line with applicable accounting standards.
Prepare monthly closing timely.
Prepare monthly management reporting, quarter, and annual financial statement timely.
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during audits and reviews.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy in financial processes.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or similar). Detail-oriented, organized, with strong analytical skills.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
High level of precision in processing invoices and reconciling accounts.
Strong ability to manage workload effectively, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
