Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Unboxing laptop, physical check, OS installation, driver, Windows Update
Asset Registration: Serial number, model, asset tag, user mapping, asset database update
Install/enroll SOTI agent and escalate if enrollment fails
Prepare laptop handover
Assist backup and transfer data from old laptop to new laptop
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Information System or any related subject.
Possess strong management and administration skill
Good communication skill
