Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Responsible for developing & launching promotion program to achieve client loyalty (retention)
Responsible for providing data-driven analysis and insightful business ideas to support company growth
Lead, nurture, and provide support for 50+ sales team member (Offline) to achieve business target
Collaborating with the Head of Sales to deliver tactical growth initiatives e.g offline events, priority client rewards, sales incentives etc.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects e.g IT, Product Marketing, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Human Capital, Finance etc.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Male
At least Bachelor (S1) from reputable university
7-10 years of working experience in Sales / Business Development / Commercial / Category Management.
Experience in startup/tech is a must. Preferred industries e.g E-commerce, SAAS, Fintech, Lending, etc.
High business acumen and solid understanding about ROI
Solid leadership skill with ability to make data-driven decisions
Understanding the principles of speed over perfection
Ability to work with multiple data analysis in a short period of time
