Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Develop visual concepts, assets, illustration, and designs for various projects such as branding, marketing materials, advertisements, motion assets, & website assets while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, including color usage, typography, and overall visual style.
Actively participate in brainstorming, ideation, and design discussion sessions.
Manage assigned tasks across multiple projects under supervision and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Utilize AI tools under guidance to support creative exploration.
Stay current with trends in graphic design industry.
Prepare final design files for review and approval.
Assist in managing and organizing project files to ensure easy access for the team.
Collaborate with the product marketing team and other related teams to transform briefs into clear, attractive, and audience-relevant designs.
Learn and understand basic concepts of basic forex to support design creation.
Open to feedback, able to adapt quickly to revisions, and work efficiently.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Education:
Active university student or fresh graduate in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
Experience:
Portfolio showcasing design work (can be personal, campus, or freelance projects).
Additional Knowledge:
Experience/ understanding of the financial and technology sector, especially investment (forex, stocks, crypto, mutual funds, etc).
Basic-level of English proficiency, both speaking and writing purposes, in a professional setting.
Basic understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles to create interactive animations for websites, apps, and other digital platforms.
Technical Skills:
Graphic Design Software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creating and manipulating visual elements.
Understanding of basic design principles: composition, color, typography, and layout.
AI-based image generation tools for design implementation and creation.
Soft Skill:
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Creative mindset and good visual taste.
Adaptability, initiative, and willingness to learn.
Critical thinking and problem-solving.
Ability to collaborate and receive feedback positively.
A positive attitude and full responsibility for all tasks and designs.
