Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Next.js.
Translate UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and reusable frontend components.
Integrate frontend applications with backend services via RESTful APIs.
Implement client-side and server-side rendering (CSR/SSR) strategies as needed.
Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
Collaborate closely with Backend Developers, UI/UX Designers, and Product Teams.
Identify, debug, and resolve frontend issues and bugs.
Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and proper documentation.
Follow security best practices on the front-end side.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Proven experience as a Frontend Developer (1–2+ years preferred).
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js.
Solid understanding of component-based architecture and React Hooks.
Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar).
Familiar with API integration using REST / JSON.
Experience with responsive design and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, MUI, Bootstrap, etc.).
Knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
Basic understanding of web performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility (a11y).
