Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.

• Build, maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with Introducing Broker (IBs) and strategic business partners to maximize client acquisition and business contribution

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referral partnership that contribute to sustainable client and revenue growth

• Develop and execute acquisition strategies to expand the company's client base and increase revenue through organic and partnership-driven channels

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for client acquisition and business expansion

Specific Responsibility:

• Acquire, onboard and develop new IBs partnerships to increase client acquisition and trading volume (Lot)

• Generate and identify potential customers through online platforms / social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, etc) and personal data bases

• Manage the sales pipeline from hot leads to live, converting prospects into clients and driving them to successful go-live

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Promotion, and Operations team to support partnership and client acquisition activities / issues

• Prepare regular reports and business updates regarding partnership performance, client growth and revenue contribution

• Ensure all partnership activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, applicable regulations, and compliance requirements
