Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Continuously monitor and manage trigger alerts market conditions, including GAP pairs, indices and pricing discrepancies.
Provide recommendations to alerts or unusual trading activities and adjustments to stakeholders based on trading analysis and system updates.
Stay updated on rollover schedules and monitor their impact on trading instruments.
Monitoring trading parameters to align with operational and risk policies.
Prepare report for, account deficits, maker/taker positions, trade summaries, order reports, and platform data from multiple servers for future reference.
Monitor system discrepancies across multiple platforms.
Actively monitor and respond to email alerts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and improvements.
Adhere to internal policies, risk thresholds, and external trading regulations.
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably graduated from Mathematics / Statistics / Finance / Economy or related major
Requirements:
Min. 1 year of working experience in Statistics, - Finance, Investment industry or strong involvement in numbers.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Willingness to work in shifts with placement in Central Jakarta
Additional Knowledge:
Master Microsoft Office products (especially Microsoft Excel) and the Google workspace (especially Google Sheet), with familiarity with using advanced formula (e.g. pivot table, VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, IF AND, IF OR, SUMIF, etc).
Proficiency in using ERP tools and software i.e Zendesk, etc
Willing to work under shifting
Willing to work on public holidays is not limited for Saturday-Sunday
High attention to detail.
Familiar with using Meta Trader 4 & 5 is a plus.
Familiar with trading terms and investment instruments is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office
Tools related to client service area, operational support, and financial investment industry (Tech savvy)
