General Responsibility:

• Proactively identify and communicate actionable insights by monitoring key business metrics, surfacing early signals of risk and opportunity, and translating findings into clear business implications.

• Own analytical domains or use cases end-to-end, from problem framing and prioritization to insight delivery and follow-up.

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable analytical assets (datasets, dashboards, and models) aligned with business objectives.

• Champion data quality, governance, and metric consistency by enforcing standardized definitions and validating analytical outputs.

• Act as a trusted analytical partner to cross-functional stakeholders, providing context-aware insights and recommendations.

• Continuously improve analytical workflows, methodologies, and standards to increase efficiency and reliability.

• Mentor junior analysts, supporting their technical growth and analytical thinking.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Enable self-service analytics by designing well-structured datasets, dashboards, and documentation that empower stakeholders to independently explore data.

• Conduct deep-dive and exploratory analyses to uncover trends, anomalies, and drivers, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

• Build and maintain decision-oriented dashboards and reports tailored to the needs of specific business functions.

• Deliver ad hoc analyses using multiple data sources, identifying recurring patterns that can be standardized into reusable assets.

• Perform advanced data validation and quality checks, proactively identifying and resolving inconsistencies.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for analytical assets, including assumptions, logic, and limitations.

• Collaborate with business and data engineering teams to refine requirements and improve data usability.

• Contribute to metadata and data catalog management (e.g., OpenMetadata), ensuring accurate lineage and definitions.
