Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Handle daily customer inquiries across all channels in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accurate responses, SLA compliance, effective troubleshooting, and alignment with company values and service standards.
Work closely with Senior Customer Support and related departments to ensure efficient issue resolution, proper escalation, and effective knowledge sharing.
Contribute to service improvement initiatives by maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and supporting enhancements to FAQs, internal guidelines, and operational workflows.
Provide clear and structured updates to Senior Customer Support regarding ticket progress, recurring issues, and operational challenges to ensure alignment and support effective decision-making.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience:
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in the technology, banking/finance or tech-startup industry.
Additional Knowledge:
Ability to communicate effectively oral and written to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience.
Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
Willingness to learn about products.
Having experience/knowledge of forex trading will be an advantage.
Experienced in using Zendesk for customer support ticket system.
Willingness to work in shifts.
