Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.

• Manage large amounts of tickets and provide services to customers through email and live chat.

• Advise customers on company, product, or service information as needed.

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

• Handle customers' inquiries and complaints efficiently, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the procedures, guidelines, and policies.

• Manage all types of customer complaints, feedback, and praise (and escalate them if and when necessary).

• Act as on-brand, positive representatives of MIFX at all times.
