Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Take part in shaping and driving culture and engagement efforts that help internalize the company’s values and foster a collaborative environment.
Develop and implement strategic programs that enhance employee engagement, collaboration, and cultural alignment across teams.
Analyze employee feedback and culture-related data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide recommendations and support to departments in executing culture and engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and champions to ensure consistency and sustainability of culture-building efforts.
Develop and implement culture-building programs aligned with company values and behaviors.
Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives, campaigns, and internal events.
Collaborate with the Culture Team (Champions, Sponsors, and Committees) to ensure effective program execution, ownership, and sustainability.
Monitor and evaluate the internalization of company culture, providing data, insights, and recommendations.
Develop and maintain feedback channels to understand employee sentiments, needs, and suggestions.
Coordinate with Corporate Communication to design and deliver content and communication strategies that amplify values, behaviors, and engagement efforts.
Analyze engagement metrics and survey results to propose data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communication, or organizational development, preferably in the digital industry.
Familiar with corporate culture programs and employee engagement initiatives.
Experience in program coordination, internal campaigns, or event management is an advantage.
Passionate about culture, people, and engagement.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
