Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Develop the annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) roadmap aligned with the company's sustainability vision and strategic objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), government agencies, and other external stakeholders.
Measure program effectiveness through data collection, impact assessment, and periodic performance reporting.
Collaborate with the Marketing and People Partner/Human Capital (HC) teams to communicate CSR initiatives to internal and external audiences, enhancing corporate reputation and employer branding.
Ensure all CSR activities comply with applicable government regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Social Welfare, with a Social Worker certification preferred, or a degree in another relevant social science discipline.
Experience:
Proven experience managing medium- to large-scale projects from planning and execution through monitoring and reporting.
Strong network with external stakeholders, including local communities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), media, and government agencies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to prepare sustainability reports and public communication materials.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Indonesia's OJK Regulation No. 51/POJK.03/2017, and other relevant international frameworks.
Ability to measure and evaluate Social Return on Investment (SROI) to demonstrate the social and economic value generated by CSR investments.
Experience collaborating with Marketing and Corporate Communications teams, building relationships with journalists, and managing press releases to secure positive media coverage and strengthen brand positioning.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial monitoring skills to ensure transparent and efficient utilization of CSR funds.
Proficiency in using analytical and project management tools, such as advanced Microsoft Excel, data visualization dashboards, and project management software, to monitor KPIs and program performance.
Ability to conduct social mapping and community needs assessments to identify priority issues and design impactful CSR programs.
Strong risk management capabilities to identify, assess, and mitigate social risks that could potentially impact the company's reputation.
