Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent copy across multiple channels, including digital ads, CRM, social media, landing pages, in-app content, and marketing materials.
Ensure all content is accurate, audience-focused, error-free, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with designers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive and effective communication.
Conduct audience, competitor, and market research to develop relevant and impactful messaging.
Review, edit, and optimize content based on feedback, campaign objectives, and performance insights.
Support A/B testing initiatives and leverage data-driven insights to improve content effectiveness.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Utilize AI tools to streamline content production, generate creative variations, and enhance copywriting workflows.
Evaluate and refine AI-generated content to ensure it meets brand standards, business objectives, and audience expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging AI technologies relevant to copywriting.
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Education:
Min. associate/bachelor’s degree in Literature/Marketing/Management/DKV or other related fields.
Experience:
2 years of experience as a copywriter, or other creative writing role. Additional experience of working in the fintech sector will be greatly considered.
Strong creative thinking foundation, as well as the ability to incorporate your ideas with relevant marketing strategy.
Comfortable working with AI language tools as part of daily workflow — not just aware of them, but practiced in using and evaluating them.
Experience with UX writing projects, especially on app or product feature development is a plus.
Additional experience in the fintech sector will be greatly considered.
Additional Knowledge:
Experience/understanding of the financial and technology sector, especially investment (forex, stocks, crypto, mutual funds, etc).
Understanding of the global economy and its correlation with the FX market is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of any product analytics tools or design tools such as Figma or Mixpanel is a plus.
Basic understanding of Marketing and Advertising principle, to be able in comprehending target audiences, brand messaging, and marketing strategies in order to create graphic designs that effectively communicate marketing messages and engage viewers.
Basic knowledge of data analytics and the software utilization (such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics) to analyze website traffic, user engagement, and other metrics related to digital content performance – This information can inform creative decisions, identify trends, and optimize content strategies to better meet audience needs and business objectives.
