Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Build and lead a sales team of 10-15 people. Includes hiring, coaching, and reviewing performances.
Conduct networking activities, seminars, coffee talks etc. to find new customers and referrals. Prospect potential customers and referrals (IB) for MIFX.
Create business strategies and initiatives to meet targets for acquisition (seminars, education) and relationship management (table talks, reward promotions, etc.) to achieve sales target.
Report customer complaints and business needs to relevant departments, including Operations, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and Marketing.
Achieve the contributed value targets defined for the branch.
Provide an excellent client experience.
Uphold integrity in accordance with applicable regulations (BAPPEBTI).
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Min. 10 years of working experience in BAPPEBTI regulated Forex/Commodity Brokers, etc., preferably in large corporations.
Recent position leading a team (Manager / Head level) of at least 5 people
Holding responsibility with business scale / target
Have connections with sales, IB, and customers from various forex brokers in Indonesia
Must hold an active Broker Representative license.
