Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the main responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.
Develop and manage each respective platform
Maintains a secure and good practice implementation on each respective platform
Share knowledge to other tribe members
Communicate with related parties on project’s initialization and progress
Qualifications
The following are the key qualifications and attributes we believe are essential for success in this position.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Back-end Developer
Strong proficiency in PHP with Laravel Framework
Solid understanding of MVC architecture, Service Layer, Repository Pattern, Octane Swoole, and clean code principles
Experience in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs
Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with caching mechanisms (Redis or similar) is a plus
Experience with queues and background jobs using Laravel Queue is a plus
Proficient in using Git and collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews)
Understanding of web security best practices (SQL Injection, CSRF, XSS, password hashing)
Ability to perform debugging and troubleshooting in both development and production environments
Familiarity with Linux environments, deployment processes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
